One of the first animes I ever watched was Gundam. I was probably too young to fully understand it, but growing up around friends with older brothers who collected or watched Gundam made me want one too. Those giant robots captured my imagination early on and they never really let go.
Even now, I still love building Gundam models. It’s something I’ve passed down to my kid, sharing that same excitement and creativity I felt as a child. The Gundam headpiece I created is an homage to the robot of my dreams. the one I always wished I could have for myself.
